This ad for adidas uses the propaganda technique for beautiful people. They use derrick rose, a basketball player from the Chicago Bulls as their representative.
There is also repetition involved with the 9.8 number that keeps appearing during the commericial. The 9.8 is to remind people and tell us that the new adidas shoe weighes 9.8 oz.
Great example. I don't know how to relate to 9.8 -- is that a heavy shoe, or a light shoe? It's not really saying anything.
